At All 4s Paws, your satisfaction — and your pet's happiness — is our top priority. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Here's how our return process works.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. We know pets can be picky, so if a product just isn't the right fit, we're here to help.
How to Start a Return
It's simple — just reach out via our Contact page with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with easy next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different size, color, or product? Contact us and we'll do our best to find the right match for your pet.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food or treats
- Opened grooming or oral care products
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
