At All 4s Paws, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We partner with trusted suppliers to deliver quality pet products directly to your door. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment model, all return and exchange requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in coordination with our suppliers. We encourage customers to contact us within 30 days of delivery if there is an issue with their order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Simply reach out via our Contact page or email us at Shonnie1965@gmail.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Want a different size, color, or product? Contact us and we'll do our best to find the right match for your pet.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at Shonnie1965@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work directly with our supplier to arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened food or treats
- Opened grooming or oral care products
- Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Items returned without prior authorization
